The third-seeded Syracuse men’s lacrosse team (12-2) begins its quest for its 10th national championship on Sunday, May 11 with an NCAA first-round game against MAAC Tournament champion Canisius (10-5) at 7:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. The Orange earned the tournament’s No. 3 seed on the strength of a 12-2 regular season that included a 10-game winning streak. Canisius is making its first NCAA appearance and Sunday’s pairing marks the first-ever meeting between the Orange and the Golden Griffins.
Tickets are on sale at the Carrier Dome Box Office and online at SUathletics.com (click here). Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for students (with valid ID) and youth 12 and under.
