SYRACUSE, N.Y. – The Syracuse University men's lacrosse coaching staff will host a Boys Lacrosse Coaches Clinic on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Carrier Dome. All levels of lacrosse coaches are welcome.
The clinic entry fee is $55 if received on or before Jan. 31. Thereafter, the fee will be $65. The registration fee includes lunch and attendees are invited to stay for the Orange's scrimmage against Harvard, which is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. Checks should be made payable to SULAX Inc.
Registration will be held at Gate B in the Dome on the day of the clinic from 6:15 to 7:15 a.m.
The clinic will feature several presentations. Orange head coach John Desko will hold a question and answer session. Assistant coach Lelan Rogers will speak about how to organize various practice drills and SU women's head coach Gary Gait will talk about the art of shooting. In addition, Harvard head coach John Tillman and Jamesville-Dewitt head coach Jamie Archer will deliver presentations, as will Syracuse Director of Strength & Conditioning Hal Luther.
