Provo to Have Season-Ending Surgery

Orange tight end Nick Provo will undergo season-ending knee surgery on Wednesday.

Syracuse tight end Nick Provo will have surgery on his left knee on Wednesday, October 7 to repair a left knee injury sustained in Syracuse's game against South Florida on October 3. An MRI confirmed that the knee will require surgery, which will be performed by Dr. Irving Raphael. As a result of the surgery and rehabilitation process, Provo will miss the rest of Syracuse's season. This season, Provo has four catches for 55 yards in four games 

The Orange will host West Virginia on Saturday, October 10 (12:00 p.m., BIG EAST Nertwork).
