Syracuse is slated for back-to-back "Big Monday" appearances on ESPN during the upcoming men's basketball season. The Orange will appear on January 18 in a game at Notre Dame and will be back on the following Monday, January 25, in a Carrier Dome matchup with Georgetown.
The ESPN "Big Monday" package of BIG EAST Conference pairings begins January 4 and continues through the final week of the regular season. League members making multiple appearances, in addition to Syracuse, include Connecticut, Georgetown, Louisville, Villanova and West Virginia.
Syracuse won last year's game with Notre Dame, 93-74. The Orange split with Georgetown, losing in Washington D.C., 88-74, but winning in the Carrier Dome, 98-94 in overtime.
