Jarret Eaton, who broke the SU record with the nation's fastest time in the 60-meter hurdles last weekend, had a repeat performance with a 7.49 time at the Penn State National Invitational on Friday in State College, Pa.
Lauren Penney, competing at the Boston University Terrier Invitational, also broke a school record with a 4:39 time in the mile run. Syracuse will continue competition throughout the weekend at Penn State, Boston University and Colgate.

Amadou Gueye before besting his NCAA leading time with a 7.49 mark in the finals for a meet, facility, and Syracuse record.

Flings Owusu-Agyapong finished second in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.34, beating her preliminary time by 0.02 seconds.
In Boston, Penney picked up where she left off from an All-American cross country season in 2011 with an Orange school record in the mile at 4:39, the sixth best time in the nation this season.
