SU Alumna Heather Lowe Inducted into High School Hall of Fame
Syracuse alumna, Heather Lowe will be inducted into the Exeter Township High School Athletic Hall of Fame in Reading, PA on Friday, February 3rd.

Heather Lowe will be inducted into the Exeter Township High School Athletic Hall of Fame in Reading, PA on Friday, February 3rd. Lowe was a star player at Syracuse University for the Varsity Field Hockey team from 1993-1997; she received numerous recognitions for her performance on and off the field.
A four-time letterwinner for the Orange, Lowe also earned three All-BIG EAST Second Team selections and Mid-East Region First Team All-American honors in 1996. With Lowe’s contribution, Syracuse finished as the BIG-EAST regular season champions in consecutive seasons from 1993-1995 and won both the 1993 and 1995 BIG-EAST Tournaments. In the 1995 championship game, Lowe assisted on the game-winning goal.
Lowe embodied the idea of a scholar-athlete, as she achieved highly not just on the field but in the classroom as well. In 1997, she was recognized as an Academic All-American, a BIG EAST Academic All-Star and a member of the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) National Academic Squad.
Now Lowe can also proudly list induction into her high school’s athletic hall of fame among her accomplishments.
