2007 USA Basketball: Although he was slowed by a shoulder injury, Greene contributed to the USA Under-19 Team’s silver-medal winning performance at the World Championship … He played in eight-of-nine contests and averaged 4.3 points and 1.5 rebounds for the club coached by DePaul’s Jerry Wainwright … He had seven points and four rebounds versus Mali, a 118-56 U.S. victory … He suffered a right shoulder injury in the second half of the triumph and missed the club’s subsequent win against China… Greene returned in a limited role with five points when the Americans beat Serbia, 82-78 … He had six points the next time out as Team USA defeated Lithuania, 90-81 … Greene had five points and two rebounds as the U.S. won against France, 87-82 … When the club outscored Argentina, 112-86, Greene tallied eight points in 10 minutes of play.
