Senior Year (2008): One of 35 players to participate in all 12 games, including 11 starts … Against Akron, made his first start of 2008 campaign, completing 13-of-20 for 135 yards and three touchdowns … Against Penn State, threw for 110 yards and a touchdown, completing 13-of-32 passes to seven different receivers … Against Northeastern, completed 14-of-17 passes for 167 yards and one touchdown and had two rushes for 26 yards … Against Pittsburgh, went 9-of-17 for 137 yards and two touchdowns, hitting six different receivers, including Donte Davis for a 27-yard touchdown pass and Van Chew on a 36-yard touchdown pass … At West Virginia, registered a career-best 24 completions, on a personal-high 40 attempts for 204 yards … Caught the first pass of his career, a three-yard reception from running back Curtis Brinkley … Completed passes to nine different receivers against the Mountaineers … At South Florida, was 11-of-27 for 129 yards … Against Louisville, completed 11-of-22 passes for 178 yards and two touchdowns, including a 38-yard touchdown pass to Da’Mon Merkerson … At Rutgers, was 3-of-12 for 19 yards before leaving the game with an injury in the fourth quarter … Against Connecticut, was 4-of-16 for 38 yards … At Notre Dame, engineered Syracuse’s come-from-behind victory, guiding the Orange on two 68-yard fourth-quarter touchdown drives … The first drive included six plays and was capped by a 26-yard run by Antwon Bailey … The second scoring drive was an eight-play drive that culminated with Dantley’s 11-yard touchdown strike to Donte Davis with 42 seconds left in the game … He was 13-of-25 for 122 yards and had a touchdown pass against the Fighting Irish … At Cincinnati, was 6-for-23 for 59 yards and one touchdown.

Junior Year (2007): Played in eight games, including his first career start against South Florida … Against Illinois, completed 2-of-3 passes for 15 yards and threw his first touchdown pass, an eight-yard toss to tight end Jawad Nesheiwat … Against West Virginia, threw one pass for eight yards … At Pittsburgh, came off the bench at halftime and completed 15-of-27 passes for 189 yards and a career-best two touchdowns, including a 56-yard touchdown strike to Taj Smith … Against South Florida, finished 21-of-38 for a career-high 276 yards … At Connecticut, completed 7-of-17 passes for 61 yards, including a two-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Mike Williams … Against Cincinnati, completed 2-of-4 passes for nine yards.
