Senior Year:  First fullback in SU history to wear coveted #44 … Second-team All-BIG EAST … Gained 417 yards on 93 carries and scored seven touchdowns … Caught 20 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns … Missed spring practice while recovering from knee surgery he had prior to the Pittsburgh game.

 

Junior Year:  Missed the last three games of the season following surgery to re-attach a tendon in his left knee … Third on the team in rushing, despite playing in parts of only seven games … Rushed for 305 yards and three touchdowns … Member of the Spring 1998 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

 

Sophomore Year:  Started 11 games, missing the Temple game with a hand injury … Third on the team in rushing, with 361 yards and three touchdowns … Also team’s fifth leading receiver … Scored twice in the win against Pittsburgh … Scored a touchdown in the Liberty Bowl victory against Houston.

 

Freshman Year:  Surpassed lofty preseason expectations as a true freshman … Played in all 12 games … BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week after rushing for 130 yards and three touchdowns in the win at Pittsburgh … Followed that with three touchdowns in the win against Boston College … SU’s second-leading rusher and fourth-leading scorer.
