When will I receive my 2011-12 renewal information?
Renewal notices were send out via email and letter the week of January 10th. If you did not receive your renewal notice in the mail and via email (if we have one on file), please call the Carrier Dome Box Office at 888-DOMETIX (366-3849) or 443-2121 for assistance. Those who requested a printed copy of the renewal pages due to lack of computer access had them mailed via the Post Office on January 14th.
If I can’t afford my seat this year due to the economy, will it be held for me to buy next year?
We will not be able to hold your exact seat location(s), but will give consideration to your past season ticket purchases, when you are able to purchase season tickets again, based on what is available to sell. Note that this year we again offer a two-part payment plan, to help in paying for you renewal.
Tell me about the deadlines?
Please be aware that Preferred has a deadline of February 25th, Football March 31st and Men's Basketball July 29th. Because of high demand for new or improved seating and parking, any preferred, football or basketball (tickets or parking) renewals not paid by the stated deadlines will be released for availability to other interested patrons. Also, patrons who pay their preferred, but do not renew their related season tickets and or parking by the stated deadline will have those seats released to other interested patrons, and will be offered best available at the time they pay for season seats.
How do I request an upgrade for my seats or parking?
There will be an area provided to state your requests for upgrades or additional seats when you pay for your season tickets on your MyCuse Account, or on the forms, if you choose to print them. No requests will be accepted after the stated renewal deadlines. All requests are processed by yearly athletics donation level, then by date payment is received. We will process those requests and upgrade after the deadlines, then, for Football, make unsold seats available for sale to the general public by the Spring Football game on April 16.
When I donate at the appropriate giving level to have access to purchasing Zone A parking, how will my parking lot be assigned?
Note that all our west and campus lots, including Premium lots, were sold out for SU basketball and SU football last year, and we anticipate the same this year, especially with less spaces. If spaces become available, we will fill the requests according to level of giving as indicated on the benefit list. If you have specific preference, please indicate that at the time of your request/purchase. Note that a minimum Orange Club donation or Preferred payment of $125 is required to maintain the opportunity to purchase season parking in Zone A lots for both SU football and basketball. Premium lot minimum donations for access to those lots (if space becomes available) is $1,500 for football and $3,000 for basketball.
Please do not request a Zone A space if you are not a current Orange Club member of $125 or higher.
Why can't I park in Stadium West lots when I see spots open on game day?
Some of the spots in each lot are held out for SU students and faculty for academic needs on game day, and not necessarily all paid patrons come to all games. All Stadium West and Campus lot parking passes are sold on a season basis only, per the Athletic Department allocation.
How do I purchase disabled parking?
Parking for patrons with disabilities was sold out for ARCH and Irving Garage this past year, with space only available in the Skytop Disabled lot, which includes a shuttle to Gate A of the Dome. Spaces are assigned as available based on Donation Level and date recieved, and require a letter from your doctor as well as a copy of your state issued handicap tag. You may contact the Dome Box Office at 888-DOMETIX for current availability.
Why have the youth season tickets that I bought in the past been changed to adult rate on the renewal?
Unfortunately, we have had some season ticket holders abusing this discounted ticket price. Therefore we bill you at the adult rate, and if your children still meet the age requirements for the 2011-12 season, simply contact the Box Office at 888-DOMETIX before you pay, and your account will be adjusted, with a new invoice issued.
When will the complete 2011 Football schedule be released?
The dates for all BIG EAST Conference games have yet to be announced by the league. As soon as the full schedule is set, it will be posted on the SUAthletics.com website, under Football/Schedule.
When will individual game tickets go on sale, will I get a chance at an advance sale and what are the prices?
Individual game tickets for football will go on sale to the general public in early August. Basketball individual tickets will go on sale in mid-October. Our season ticket holders will be given an advance opportunity to purchase additional tickets, and will be notified via email. Our individual ticket prices are not yet set for either sport.
How do I buy away game tickets?
Away game tickets, as noted on the donor benefit form, are made available for football games to Orange Club donors at $125 and up and for basketball games, to donors at a level of $5,000 and up.
